Privacy Policy
1. Who we are

- Company number: 13288461
- Registered address: 27 Old Gloucester St, Holborn, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom
- ICO registration number: ZB395259

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse this website, complete Start Your Blueprint, start or submit a client application, contact us or use Calendly to book an invited Blueprint conversation. It does not describe processing we perform as a processor inside a client's own systems.
3. What we collect
- Blueprint identity: your name, company and working email address.
- Blueprint responses: every option you select and any free text you enter.
- Email-only application start: your work email and the website route that led to your follow-up request.
- Client application: your route, sector, operating problem, timing, intended outcome, decision context, investment approach, organisation size and the optional context you choose to provide.
- Direct enquiries: the contact details and message you send by email or telephone.
- Booking information: the details you choose to provide to our scheduling provider when arranging a Blueprint Call.
- Restricted website measurement: if you allow it, aggregate page and conversion-event information collected through a privacy-focused, cookie-free measurement service. We do not enable personal profiles, advertising features or marketing audiences.
- Privacy preference: the optional categories you allow, the preference version, the date of the choice and its six-month expiry, stored only in your browser.
We do not ask for admin access, tenant details, passwords, contracts or sensitive documents at the enquiry stage. Please do not put that information into a free-text field.
4. How website submissions work
While you complete the Blueprint, progress and answers are held in browser session storage. While you complete a client application, its draft is stored in your browser for up to 24 hours so you can return, refresh or recover from a submission error. You can clear that draft from the application page. The one-email follow-up route is submitted directly and is not retained in browser storage. These are not analytics data.
The website, cinematic media and protected submission service are delivered through specialist hosting providers. When you submit, the relevant identity, Blueprint and client-application fields pass into our prospect-management system. We use approved UK or EU regional deployments where the selected service permits it, and assess each provider as a separate processor.
5. Why we use the information
- To produce and discuss your likely Blueprint focus.
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a Blueprint Call.
- To decide whether Blue Hybrid is a suitable partner.
- To assess fit, feasibility, decision readiness, timing and the appropriate delivery route.
- To manage the resulting prospect relationship in our prospect-management system.
- To understand aggregate website use and whether key journeys work.
6. Lawful basis
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries, preparing calls and managing a proportionate B2B prospect pipeline. Optional anonymous measurement and scheduling services load only under the privacy choice you make in this browser.
7. Who receives the information
- Hosting and submission providers: deliver the website, media and protected submission service using the approved regional configuration.
- Prospect-management provider: receives submitted Blueprint and client-application records so we can review and respond.
- Scheduling provider: receives device and booking information only after you allow scheduling and choose a booking route.
- Website-measurement provider: supplies restricted, cookie-free aggregate measurement only if you allow anonymous measurement.
We do not sell personal data, build advertising audiences or use website submissions for marketing. Submitting a Blueprint or client application does not enrol you in marketing.
Starting an application with only your work email lets us follow up about completing it. It is not a completed fit application, does not reserve capacity and does not enrol you in marketing.
8. International processing
Each provider is assessed separately. Blue Hybrid keeps supplier arrangements and applicable transfer safeguards under review.
9. How long we keep it
We keep prospect records, including submitted Blueprint responses and client applications, for up to 24 months from the latest meaningful interaction. We delete them earlier when they are no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies. If a prospect becomes a client, relevant contractual and relationship records follow the approved six-year period after the engagement ends.
10. Security
We use proportionate access controls, secure transmission and controlled UK or EU hosting for the Blueprint submission route. No website can promise absolute security. Please use the privacy contact if you believe information has been submitted or disclosed incorrectly.
11. Adult business audience
This is an adult B2B website intended for people acting in a business capacity. We do not use an age gate and do not knowingly seek information from children. If we learn that a child has submitted personal data, we will delete it.
12. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@bluehybrid.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to address the concern first.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
