About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website. The website is operated by Blue Hybrid Cloud Limited ("Blue Hybrid", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 13288461. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester St, Holborn, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website information, not professional advice
The website explains Blue Hybrid, our approach and the services we may provide. Its content is general information only. It is not technology, security, legal, financial or regulatory advice for your organisation, and should not be treated as a technical assessment or recommendation.
The Start Your Blueprint experience provides a provisional reflection based only on the answers you choose to give. It does not inspect your systems, verify controls or replace a scoped professional engagement.
Services are agreed separately
Using this website, completing the Blueprint check or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Any services, responsibilities, deliverables, fees and service levels will be set out in a separate written agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the services agreement will take priority for those services.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the website, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Our intellectual property
The website and its content, including its text, graphics, photographs, video, trade marks, logos, design and software, are owned by or licensed to Blue Hybrid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own lawful internal business or personal use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, republish or commercially exploit the website or its content without our written permission, except where the law permits.
Availability and third-party links
We work to keep the website useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw content or features when reasonably necessary.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Blue Hybrid is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content as if it were advice for your organisation.
If you use the website in the course of business, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers in other parts of the United Kingdom.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@bluehybrid.io.
